Professor Chiso Ndukwe-Okafor is a visionary leader, renowned educator, and transformative advocate for consumer rights and economic empowerment. As Executive Director of CADEF, she leads a Nigerian non-profit driving systemic change by protecting, enlightening, and empowering consumers, especially women, youth, and persons with disabilities.
Under her leadership, CADEF has emerged as a catalyst for inclusion and impact, pioneering initiatives that bridge the gap between policy and people. From championing digital financial inclusion to advocating for consumer rights in the era of artificial intelligence and green innovation, she has steered CADEF into influential partnerships with local and international organisations. She currently leads efforts to address added sugar in baby foods in Nigeria, pushing for stronger regulations and improved product standards.

Taiwo Tella-Ndukwe is a seasoned insurance executive and passionate advocate with over 30 years of dynamic leadership experience spanning life and general insurance, consumer rights, and women and youth empowerment. She has held senior and executive roles including Divisional Director, Chief Marketing Officer, and Group Head, consistently delivering business growth and strategic leadership across Nigeria's most respected institutions.
Taiwo holds an MBA (Distinction) from The Business School Netherlands, a B.Sc. in Insurance from the University of Lagos, and is a Certified Trainer, Coach, and Speaker with the John Maxwell Team. She brings not only strategic acumen to CADEF but a contagious enthusiasm for meaningful change, with a particular commitment to financial inclusion and empowering women and youth.

Lovelyn Okafor Esq. is an accomplished legal practitioner, journalist, and public relations strategist, with over a decade of experience spanning law, media, and development practice.
She holds an MBA in AI from Nexus University and a Certificate in Public Policy from the School of Politics, Policy, and Governance. At CADEF, she provides strategic leadership across the organization’s full programme portfolio.
Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping programmes that advance consumer protection, digital inclusion, and sustainable development, while fostering partnerships that respond to emerging public interest needs.
