CADEF seeks to ensure that consumers, particularly those who are most vulnerable in Society, are able to defend and safeguard their rights and have their voices heard on issues that concern them.
Consumer Protection
CADEF seeks to reduce the proliferation of sub-standard goods and services and its effects on consumers. To partner with stakeholders to provide information, resources, testing and demand for compensation.
Empowerment
We believe in empowering individuals and groups to increase their autonomy and selfdetermination economically and socially. This requires providing information and innovative practices that promote participation and accountability amongst consumers
