Prof. Ndukwe-Okafor is an educator, information technology expert, serial entrepreneur, software developer, motivational speaker, and author. She has been in higher education and advocacy for over 33 years as a Professor in Business and Information Technology, Dean, Department Chair, curriculum designer, and Co-Principal Investigator for a National Science Foundation grant.

Chiso has worked with various organizations in the US, Nigeria, Kenya, and Zambia building their capacity through strategy design and training.

Through her leadership, CADEF has developed strategic alliances and initiatives with both local and international organizations and government agencies pushing the consumer’s voice with a focus on increasing individuals’ and groups’ autonomy and self-determination economically and socially.

Prof. Ndukwe-Okafor has authored several texts on programming and is the CEO of a consulting firm – Sources Resources Logistics & Consulting firm, co-owner of a technology-enabled service company Anyworkman Services, and the co-founder of several technology-based initiatives. She serves on several advisory boards and is a trained entrepreneurship trainer.
